North American MW Broadcast Antenna Coverage Patterns
UK Regional Edition

This simple interface allows you to select any MW broadcast frequency (530-1700kHz) and see every transmitter and its directional radiation pattern superimposed on Google Maps. For each frequency you can select between daytime, nighttime or critical hours maps. You now have access to 118 daytime & nighttime maps plus 44 critical hour maps.

Once you have selected the time of day and entered the frequency of interest just click the “create map” button. For full user guidance see “read_me_first.txt”.

Receiver location:
This is the UK regional edition and a default location in the centre of the country is shown in the boxes below purely as a guide. You can enter these figures or the exact data for your receiving location.

When you enter lat/long and create a map these figures will be remembered even if you close your browser. You can over-write the stored figures anytime and the new figures will then be saved. Remember latitude and longitude is in decimal format, e.g. 53.1234 with negative figures for western or southern hemispheres.
